Have you ever gone through the day feeling like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? You’re not alone. The good news is that therapy can help, no matter where you are in your journey. Whether you're a Gen Z struggling to navigate societal expectations, a Millennial feeling stuck in the thick of it, or an older adult wondering what’s next, I’m here to support you.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward establishing meaningful goals, developing realistic coping tools, and creating a sense of balance in your daily life. I became a therapist because of my own experiences with mental health, and I have a passion for working with individuals who are either new to therapy or looking for fresh insights and a new approach.

I have worked with many people facing major life transitions, from navigating new medical diagnoses to making big career or education decisions. I love helping individuals find their footing, ground themselves, and build a path toward their new normal. You know yourself best, and my approach is to collaborate with you—building on what works while introducing new ways to help you become the most comfortable, confident version of yourself.

You don’t have to do this alone—let’s take the next step together.

My therapeutic approach

You are the expert in your own therapeutic journey, and I am here to help guide and support you. Together, we will address your most pressing concerns, while also allowing space to explore deeper areas of growth when needed. My approach is holistic, considering all aspects of your life and incorporating evidence-based techniques such as CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.

We’ll begin with practical, realistic tools to help you navigate daily challenges while also working through deeper emotional wounds from the past. No matter how stuck or overwhelmed you may feel, I provide a down-to-earth, straightforward approach to help you face those challenges with confidence. Healing takes work, but it is absolutely possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
