As a therapist since 2018, I have supported individuals of various backgrounds – children, teenagers, and adults – dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, family, and relationship challenges. I empathize with those facing mental health struggles and I am passionate to helping those in their healing process.
-
As a licensed holistic psychotherapist and transformational coach, I operate within a trauma-informed, culturally conscious, and anti-oppressive framework. With close to 20 years of experience, my personal journey with trauma and chronic illness has been my most valuable teacher, guiding me to appreciate the significance of nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, EFT (Emotion Freedom Tapping), and inner child modalities. This understanding has driven me to delve deep into holistic-based approaches.
