I am the founder/owner of Your Road to Healing, Co., and a licensed therapist located in Florida. Since 2018, I have specialized in trauma-informed therapy and relational dynamics. I am dedicated in assisting individuals in overcoming childhood trauma and fostering healthier relationships.

I am the founder/owner of Jenet Dove Counseling Services and a licensed therapist located in Texas. My practice supports over functioning perfectionist who find themselves struggling with burnout and depression. I am passionate about all things mental health and look forward to supporting you on your journey to creating healthier boundaries.

75-minute evening sessions on Mondays 6:30PM - 7:45PM EST.
This group is right for you if:

Want to learn how to navigate feelings of guilt, shame, or anxiety that may arise when setting or enforcing boundaries.
You have been feeling drained, overwhelmed or burned out.
You have difficulty saying “no”.
This group is not right for you if:
You are experiencing suicidal ideation.
You are currently experiencing severe mental health issues that require more intensive treatment such as therapy.
You are currently experiencing domestic violence or physical abuse by parents/family members.
You are not committed to attending the meetings regularly or actively participating in the discussions.
After participating in the group, you’ll
